If Obama’s alternative is passed, it is feared that doctors and hospitals will not have the financial reimbursement needed to supply coverage for the increased demand of health care services. Some feel they may even have to close up shop.

The bottom line when looking at Obama’s health care proposal is that many private insurance companies worry about how level the playing field will be, and fear that the quality and abundance of health care services will be negatively impacted. Although it is important to create a health care system that is both affordable and accessible to Americans, we cannot undermine the services that are already in place.
